Scope and Scale 

Our contract involves the provision of 12 buildings and all services other than the fibre optic package. The services portion of HRS’s contract include DC power system to all Enable equipment including large battery banks, diesel generator to provide backup power system including full noise suppression systems, gas floor fire suppression system and large mechanical ventilation and cooling system.  The buildings are designed to IL4 standard. Ground conditions differ site to site resulting in various foundation systems and solutions at each site.

Performance 

HRS managed the full testing and commissioning of all building systems including live demonstration on plant alarm systems. Programme restrictions on some sites resulted in client equipment being installed in tandem with the building construction. A co-operative and controlled approach ensured a satisfactory installation and on-time completion. In some instances HRS have returned to buildings to carry out additional works. This required work to be carried out in very controlled and dust-free environment and while equipment is running.
